Veemon

Veemon is the new main digimon, he's got a thick head and, like Davis, is looked down on a lot. Veemon is also hotheaded like his partner and rushes into battle a lot, but he usually gets himself outta jams. Veemon, not surprisingly, has a crush on Gatomon, Kari's digimon similarly to how Davis has a crush on Kari.

Gatomon

Gatomon isn't as strict and serious as she used to be, but her sarcastic attitude still remains. Early on she loses her holy ring, reducing her power to that of a rookie. But she, like Patamon, gains the ability to armor digivolve do to the digivice upgrade.

Patamon

Patamon, like the other original partners, lost his ability to digivolve do to the digimon emperor's dark digivice. But when T.K.'s digivice got upgraded to the new model he gains the ability to armor digivolve.

Hawkmon

Hawkmon is a smart digimon who is very loyal to Yolei, enough to put up with her many personalities and how to react to each one.

Armadillomon

Armadillomon is a laid back digimon who talks slow, but when a fight begins he's quick to get in there and fight.

Wormmon

Wormmon has gotta be the most tolerent of all the partners, he put up with Ken's change from kind hearted kid to violent teen. But thanks to his sacrifice, he managed to bring Ken back to his kind self.
